Jon-Paul has the capability to solve problems quickly and meet customer needs in a timely manner. Specializing in substandard, hard to place business and large accounts. Jon-Paul has led our renewals team since 2012. Started with Worldwide Insurance April 2009.

Customer Service representative. Responsibilities include calling clients and agents to confirm quotes have been received and answering any questions they have. Darlene has been with Worldwide Insurance since 2022

Underwriting assistant with 30 years surety bond industry experience. Currently in the renewals department assisting clients with bond changes, processing renewals and invoicing. John has been with Worldwide Insurance Specialist since January 2017.

Commercial Insurance Department: Renewal Business servicer. 3 years experience in commercial insurance. Responsibilities include: Marketing new business, customer service on new business accounts, and accounting inquiries related to commercial insurance accounts.
