That the above principal as Licensee shall afford to its students the full

course of instruction as required by A.R.S. 32-501 thru 32-554 and the Arizona

Cosmetology Rules and Regulations in default of which full amount of tuition paid

by student shall be refunded.

The condition of the above obligation is such, that if the above Principal

shall, from and after the date of this bond, well, and truly and faithfully comply

with all of the conditions of the laws of the State of Arizona relating to

Cosmetology then this obligation to be null and void; otherwise to remain in full

force and effect.

The Surety named herein may cancel this bond and be relieved of any

further liability hereunder by giving thirty (30) days notice in writing of its desire

to do so to the obligee hereunder.
